🖉 Prime Minister's Housing Scheme 2021-22 Bihar Target
Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana was started to provide
housing to all the homeless citizens by the year 2022. A target is set
every year under the PMAY List. The
houses are constructed keeping this goal in mind. For the year 2021-22, a
target has been set to provide a maximum number of houses to Bihar under this
scheme. This target is to construct 11 lakh 49 thousand 947 houses. This
information was provided by the Minister of Rural Development, Shravan Kumar. Now,
under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, ₹ 120000 will be provided as
a grant to the poor homeless
eligible citizens of Bihar to build a
pucca house.
Apart from this, a grant amount
of Rs 130000 will be provided in 11 insurgency-affected IAP districts. 60%
of this amount will be provided by the Central Government and 40% will be
provided by the State Government. Apart from this, a permanent waiting
list was prepared under this scheme as informed by the Rural Development
Minister. All the families on this waiting list have been provided
accommodation in Bihar.
🖉 Target achieved so far in Bihar under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana
A survey was conducted in Bihar under Pradhan
Mantri Awas Yojana. According to this survey, about
32 lakh 57 thousand 990 such families were found whose names were not on the
permanent waiting list. The list of all these families was sent to the Central
Government's Awas App Plus after 3 years. Out of all these families, 30
lakh 81 thousand 494 families were found eligible and 1 lakh 53 thousand 847
families were found ineligible. This year's target has been set keeping in
mind the families registered on Housing App Plus. Soon all the districts
of Bihar will be allotted different targets by the department.
11 lakh 76 thousand 947 houses have been constructed under this
scheme in 2016-17 and 2017-18, 13 lakh 2 thousand 259 in the financial year
2019-20 and 7 lakh 82 thousand 102 houses in the financial year 2020-21. Including
the target of this year, so far, the target of 44 lakh 10 thousand 925 houses have
been achieved in Bihar.

🖉 Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana List 2022
Beneficiaries whose names will be included in the
PMAY urban list will be provided subsidies by the Central Government at the
rate of interest ranging from 2.35 lakh to 2.50 lakh on buying their own house
for the first time. Under the scheme for the economically weaker sections
and low-income groups, loans up to 6 lakhs will be made available for 20 years
and under the scheme, a subsidy of 6.50 percent i.e., 2.67 lakh will be made
available on the loan due. Will provide an interest subsidy of 4 percent
and 3 percent on 20 years loans to MIG 1 and MIG 2 group individuals. Altogether,
MIG 1 and MIG 2 are providing subsidies of 2.35 lakh and 2.30 lakh to the
group.
🖉 Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana List Final Phase
The housing scheme was started by the Prime Minister of our
country, Narendra Modi, to provide pucca houses to all the citizens of the
country by the year 2022. This plan has now reached its final stage. By 2022,
now all citizens will have their own pucca
house. In which there will be a toilet, cooking gas connection,
drinking water and electricity connection. So far 1.29 crore houses have
been built under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.
94 lakhs more pucca houses will be built in the coming two years. In the first
phase of this scheme, a target of constructing about 1 crore pucca houses were
set. Under which 91.22 lakh pucca houses were built. For which a total of Rs
1.13 lakh crore was spent.

In the second phase of the housing scheme, a target of
constructing 1.23 crore pucca houses was set. Under which 91.93 lakh
houses have been built. For which 72 thousand crore rupees were spent.

By combining these two phases, a target of constructing
about 2.23 crore houses has been set so far. In contrast, a total of 1.83
crore houses have been built. All kinds of facilities are available in
these houses such as toilets under Swachh Bharat Abhiyan and MGNREGA, tap
connection for drinking water supply to every house under Jal Jeevan Mission,
free electricity connection under Saubhagya scheme, and all houses under

🖉 75000 beneficiaries of 75 districts of Uttar Pradesh got the benefit of the scheme
As you all know, the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana was
started to provide pucca houses to every eligible citizen by the year 2022. In
Uttar Pradesh too, under this scheme, various eligible citizens are being
identified and given the benefit of this scheme. A program was organized
by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 5 October 2021 to take the benefit of this
scheme to the citizens of Uttar Pradesh.

Through this program, the keys of the house were transferred to
75000 citizens of 75 districts of Uttar Pradesh through a digital medium by
Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.

So far more than 17 lakh houses have been approved under this
scheme in Uttar Pradesh.
🖉 UP Awas Yojana January 2021 Update
As you all know, the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana was
started to provide all citizens their own house by the year 2022. A
program was organized by Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in
Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. The program was organized at Annexe Bhawan
located at Gorakhpur Circuit House. In this program, an amount of Rs 2409
crore was sent by the Chief Minister to the accounts of 3,42,322 beneficiaries
through an online medium. In the program, virtual interaction was held by
the Chief Minister with 10 beneficiaries of Varanasi, Mathura, Ayodhya,
Saharanpur, Ghaziabad. In this dialogue, information was taken about his
family members, and information about the progress of construction was taken
from them. On this occasion, the keys of the houses were also handed over
by the Chief Minister to 10 beneficiaries of Gorakhpur.
🖉 Purpose of PM Urban Awas Yojana
The main objective of this scheme is to provide the facility of a
pucca house by the government to the urban poor people of
the country who do not have a pucca house to live in or are homeless. First,
a target has been set to construct 2 crore pucca houses for the poor sections
by March 2022. The government is trying to build pucca houses in select
cities with the help of builders. The houses provided under this scheme
will be owned jointly by an adult female member or with males.

🖉 UP at first place under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana
It was also told by the Chief Minister that in the year 2017,
Uttar Pradesh was in 27th place under the implementation of Pradhan
Mantri Awas Yojana and now Uttar Pradesh is in the first
place under the implementation of this scheme. Under this scheme, Mirzapur
Municipality and Malihabad Nagar Panchayat are number one in the whole country. It
was also informed by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath that the benefit of Pradhan
Mantri Awas Yojana has been provided to more than 16.82 lakh people in urban
areas and 23 lakh people in rural areas.

The benefit of this scheme was provided to all the citizens by
choosing honestly. Under this scheme, financial assistance of Rs 2.5 lakh
is provided. Out of which, 1.5 lakh is provided by the central government
and 1 lakh is provided by the state government.

Under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, 50 thousand rupees are
provided as the first installment, 1.5 lakh rupees are provided as the second
installment.
·
50 thousand is provided as the third installment. All those
persons who do not have their own house and their annual income are less than ₹
300000 can apply under this scheme.
🖉 Prime minister housing scheme bribe free
It was also told by the Chief Minister that the process of
applying under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana is
completely bribe-free. If any officer demands money from you, then you can
complain to your MLA, MP, Chief Minister helpline, or IVRS. The person who
asks for a bribe, his entire property will be confiscated by the government. The
Chief Minister has also appealed to the public representatives to conduct a
weekly review of the houses being built under the PM Awas Yojana. The
Chief Minister has also appealed to the people's representatives to counsel the
beneficiaries and ensure that the amount is used only for the construction of
houses.
🖉 Prime Minister's Housing Scheme 2022 Geo Tagging
Under PM Awas Yojana, the facility of geotagging
will be made available. For which a special campaign will be run by the
government. Collector Ravindra Kumar Chaudhary has told that all the
complaints which are registered on the CM helpline will be resolved by November
30. It is also being ensured by the Collector that the Aadhaar seeding
process is also completed at the earliest. The
Collector has been instructed to complete the Aadhaar seeding of all the
beneficiaries in 3 days. Strict action will be taken against all those
PCOs and Secretaries who will be negligent in the work of seeding Aadhaar.

During the update on the portal in August and October, the names
of some beneficiaries have been deleted due to the non-completion of documents.
·
All those beneficiaries who have not uploaded their complete
documents should upload the complete documents as soon as possible.
·
Documents should be verified by the officials and the benefits of
the scheme should be provided. The collector has issued instructions to
all the ward secretaries and urban bodies that this work should be completed at
the earliest.
🖉 Income Category Under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana List
Loans are given to three categories of people under the housing
scheme. This category is determined based on the annual income of the
people. Under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana,
loans are given to the economically weaker sections, low-income group, and middle-income
groups people. Many times, the question comes to the mind of people that
which category do we belong to. So let us know how much income people come
in these categories.

Economic Weaker Section: All
those people who come under the Economically Weaker Section, whose annual
income is ₹ 300000 or less. Under

Pradhan Mantri Shahari Awas Yojana was
launched on 25 June 2015 by the Prime Minister of our country, Shri Narendra

a kutcha house. The loan will be made available to provide your own pucca
house. Under this scheme, the target of the central government is to provide their
own house to each eligible family by the year 2022. Under PM

, and MIG Income Groups.

🖉 Some important information related to Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana

National Urban Housing Fund which is Rs 60,000 crore has been
allocated for the funding of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.

Affordable housing will be granted infrastructure status.
·
The GST will be 8% to 1% for affordable housing projects and 12%
to 5% for other housing projects.
·
An initial corpus will be provided under the Affordable Housing
Fund, which will be Rs 10000 crore.
