How The JNVST Result Will Be Released?
NVS is going to release the JNVST Result region-wise along with the selection or waiting list. The result will be available in the online mode as well as offline mode. For offline mode, candidates can visit any of the Navodaya Vidyalayas. The JNV result will be put on the notice board.
Navodaya Result 2020: Cutoff
Here is the expected cut off based on the number of seats and difficulty of the exam:

There are two ways of checking the Navodaya or JNV Result. The first one is through the official website i.e. navodaya.gov.in > Menu > Admission > Admission Notifications
And the other one is an offline mode that is through the offices of:
- Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya

- District Magistrate
- Deputy Commissioner, Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti of the Region

Students can follow the below procedure in order to download the JNV Result 2020 Class 6:
- 1st Step: Go to the official website of Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti i.e. navodaya.gov.in.

How The Students Will Be Selected After Navodaya Result?
The admission will be offered to students on the basis of their marks scored in the entrance test. Students have to make sure that they secure more marks than the minimum qualifying marks. NVS will prepare a selection list on the basis of the available seats and the cut-off. For Class 6th admission, a maximum of 80 students will be selected for every Vidyalaya.
What After Navodaya Result 2020 Class 6?
After the JNVST Result 2020 Class 6, the selected candidates and their parents will have to report to the respective JNV school. They also need to bring some original documents that we have listed down. Once all the admission formalities stated by the school is done, the student will be allotted a seat.
Document to Carry for Admission:
- Proof for date of birth.
- Proofs for eligibility as per the conditions of NVS.
- Those seeking admission under rural quota, the parents will also have to submit a certificate from the competent authority to the effect that the child had studied in an Institution / School located in a rural area.
- Residence certificate in prescribed proforma in case of NIOS study only
- Any other documents required.

Important Points to Note:
- About 75% of the total seats will be filled by candidates from rural areas. The rest of the seats will be filled by the urban areas of the district.
- The minimum of one-third seats is reserved for the girls.
- There is no reservation benefit for the transgender candidates.
