Problems of Association of class-I Officers to class-IV Employees
Action Plan of Administrative matters
Taking actions for absence of officers/employees of Administrative matters
Annual Inspection of Head Office and District Office
Implementation of Human Rights Latter
To give sanction for further study to the Officers/Employees Ashram Shala

Sanction of Daily Wagers
To submit information in prescribed form to Employment Office
Delegation of Powers
To maintain Roster Register of all categories of Class-III and Class-IV
To submit to the Govt. all information about establishment of Roster
To publish seniority of Class-III, IV employees and prepare information to publish seniority of Class-I and Class-II Officers
Direct recruitment of Class-III and Class-IV employees.
To appoint permanently on temporary posts and works of to appoint on permanent basis to the employees on permanent posts
