This scheme has been launched by the Government of Jharkhand.
Through this scheme, mobiles and tablets will be provided free of cost to 21
thousand students by the government. In the financial year 2021-22, free mobiles
and tablets will be provided to the students of classes 1 to 12 in a total of
136 residential schools under the education department. About 21000 students
belonging to Scheduled Tribes, Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes of the
state will get these tablets and mobile phones. So that students can get

The department will also ensure that the internet recharge and SIM arrangement along with the tablet will be done.
